Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product(s) within 5 days for a refund**, store credit or an exchange. 

Returns: We offer a 5 day return from the day you receive your product. Please drop us an email at [email protected]. Please note that return can only be done for products that have not been used or washed and have all packaging and tags on them. 

**Once we receive the returned item, Upsize Store will then give full refund in the form of Store credit (Wallet amount that can be utilized within 6 months from the date of credit). Or a refund amount excluding shipping (10% of your order value) as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.

Exchange: We offer free size exchanges. You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery by using the ‘contact us’ form on the website or dropping an email to [email protected]. Don’t forget to mention your order no, item and size you wish to exchange.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return. Sale items are final sale and can be returned. 

Upsize Store will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, if customer is shipping.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return. We request you to return the products in their original packaging and with tags attached. Please note that we will NOT accept return of products that have been used, laundered or customer damaged.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

You can request for cancellation of the order before the order is shipped. Please email us at [email protected] or use our contact form on the website. Don’t forget to mention your order no. and the item you wish to cancel. In case the product has not been shipped, we will cancel your order and refund the amount paid in 15 -20 days. Partial cancellation is also possible.
